Resident Spirits

This section is a living set of field guides for reported resident spirits connected to the Twin City Opera House. Profiles are built from recurring guest accounts, investigation notes, and long-term patterns — not guarantees.

We do not promise activity. We do not label every experience as fact. If something is “reported,” it stays “reported.”

For supporting records, newspaper references, and long-running investigator testimony connected to several of these stories, visit our Historical Records & Paranormal Testimony page.

Featured Profiles

Core published profiles (family group) — each includes hotspots, patterns, and what tends to work best.

Stage performer • Voice EVP • Regret story
A performer tied to the Opera House story — most often felt near the stage, with one of the clearest EVPs captured on record.

Open profile

Additional Profiles

Lighter / developing profiles — built from obituaries, articles, session notes, and recurring reports as they come in.

Open profile

Historic tragedy tied to the alleyway — some report echoes of the event and a recurring shadow-man presence near that route.
Open profile
Everett Miller
Usher • Aisles • “Still on duty”
Long-time usher remembered as a kind local figure — reports place him walking the aisles and continuing his role.
Open profile
Hank Hankerson
Stage hand • Quiet • Watchful
Name surfaced through EVP work — reported near stage/catwalk/sub-basement with neutral, observant energy and device responses.
Open profile
Rhonda
Basement • “Watching Charlie”
Rarely encountered — when she shows up, reports include EVPs, flashlight hits, and an overall “watching the tunnel area” vibe.
